Loggy Logs

Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026

What we collect

We process GitHub identity and installation details, selected repository metadata and change content, account contact details, service settings, generated logs, billing identifiers, and basic operational telemetry.

How we use information

We use it to authenticate users, generate and deliver changelogs, maintain security, provide support, process billing, and improve service reliability.

Service providers

We rely on providers including Google Firebase, GitHub, OpenAI, Stripe, and Resend. They process information only for the services they provide to us and under their respective terms.

Retention and control

We retain account and operational data while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Published changelogs may remain available after an installation is removed so customer embeds do not break. Contact support@loggylogs.com for privacy requests.

Security and updates

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. We may update this policy and will post the effective date here.
